This assistance is aimed at enabling small and medium-sized enterprises that need professional knowledge and experience to grow and become more competitive. The program engages experienced external consultants to determine the needs of enterprises and support them in further business development.

Who is eligible for the participation:
- You are an individual entrepreneur or private company where more than 50% of business founders are Belarusians
- The business based in any EBRD's countries of operations (except Russia and Belarus)
- The company has from 1 to 250 employees, annual turnover less than €50 mln
- The business has been operating and the company has been generating revenue for a minimum of 3 month
- The founders of the company do not have any operating business in Belarus or Russian Federation
- Support is available for businesses in any sector of activities except banking, financial services/insurance and prohibited sectors (hard alcohol, tobacco, gambling, military business)
